Identity Wallet app that simplifies KYC verification

TL;DR

VeriYou is a B2C digital identity wallet that lets users securely reuse their verified identity across participating operators. I defined the core product journeys that formed the pilot: wallet onboarding, credential issuance, credential sharing, and credential lifecycle management.

I translated these into end-to-end product flows and prototypes, balancing user trust and simplicity with compliance requirements.

Working across product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders, I helped turn a technical SSI capability into a viable B2C product, shaping the MVP around real-world customer needs, business requirements, and pilot constraints.
